The information you enter here is only used to create the QR code, and it's made entirely on just this device. None of your information is ever sent anywhere by this web app, it stays on this device!
When you scan your QR code with someone else's NZ COVID Tracer app you are giving them the information you entered above. AFAIK: The NZ COVID Tracer app only stores your information on the device, for upto 31 days. If someone tests positive, your information may be shared with the Ministry of Health for contact tracing purposes.
You can print your QR code from a desktop browser (remember to tick background graphics). You can also print it to a PDF and email it.
If you wanted to log a one-on-one catch-up with someone, you could show your QR code from the webapp to your friend. Save a screenshot as your lockscreen and you'll be super speedy.
