Changes

To me agile works best when teams and individuals are given the '''autonomy ''' to work how they like, but that they recognise they have a '''responsibility ''' to fulfil the needs of the business. We can achieve this best when we '''trust ''' that everyone is trying their best. Mistakes and misunderstandings will always happen, but if we trust that people tried their best these simply become learning opportunities.
